Insurance Adjusters will write estimates based on the damage that can be seen, then it's the shop's responsibility to call in what is called a "Supplement" (a request for additional repairs not in the original estimate). Insurance companies will many times reinspect vehicles once a supplement is requested and pay the shop directly for the supplement. Here at Nessi's, our technicians are ASE & I-Card Certified. That means that not only are we properly equipped to take care of your vehicles, but we also posses the know-how to do so.
