Mark Marranzini is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with over 20 years experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, manual therapy & Massage Therapy. H3 began as Hellman Holistic Health. But more importantly, H3 stands for the three essential elements of health and fitness: proper physical conditioning, good nutrition, and spiritual and psychological well-being.
