Kassandra Nicole Pena, OD Professional

Dr. Kassandra N. Peña is a therapeutic optometrist who is eager to serve her hometown Laredo community. A graduate of John B. Alexander High School, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Neurobiology from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2015, and received her Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry in 2020. In addition to eye care involvement with the Rosenberg School of Optometry, her clinical experience includes work at the Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Salem, Virginia and the McCormick Vision Source in Austin, Texas. Dr. Peña is excited to share her passion for patient care, ocular disease, contact lens, and pediatric optometry with her fellow Laredoans.
