And AM certified to USE the wellness inventory. I AM Also a licensed massage therapist and AM in training toward the designation of somatic experiencing® practitioner; a BODY-CENTERED PSYCHOTHERAPY. MY unique blend of these varied modalities. ALL anchored in the integration of the whole person: body mind spirit. Allows for a holistic movement toward wellness and the discovery of your truest and most authentic self. AT the core of this process is expanded resilience through self care and self responsibility. I help individuals increase JOY. Creativity. And vitality in their work. Relationships. And activities by supporting the cultivation of a larger container to hold their experience of life.
