Re-organized in the fall of 2002 Florida Flood Insurance Agency Inc. continues to provide a specialty market Flood Insurance for personal and commercial structures. Other lines of insurance include Windstorm and Health and Life insurance products. From our office in centrally located Windermere we serve the entire state of Florida. Florida Flood Insurance Agency Inc. is currently owned and operated by 40-year insurance professional L. H. Mcgrath. Previously, the agency was originally established by L. H. McGrath in 1980 and operated as the Florida Flood Insurance Agency Inc. dba Windermere Insurance Agency, a full service independent agency. Starting from scratch it grew successfully to a full service agency with multiple locations and a staff of over 15 people representing over 20 insurance companies. In 2002 the name was changed to Insurance Services dba Windermere Insurance agency and the ownership of the agency was sold to others. L. H. McGrath retained ownership of Florida Flood Insurance Agency, Inc. and continues it as a solid market for flood insurance for those customers who want to have their flood insurance policies remain with the same insurance company and agency while their insurance companies and agents may change over the years for their homeowner, dwelling, auto and business policies in the volatile Florida insurance market.
