Cafe Momentum is more than just an award-winning New American restaurant in a minimal yet colorful Downtown Dallas space. Chef Chad Houser serves as both the CEO and Executive Chef at this very special non-profit eatery that serves as both farm-to-table fine dining restaurant and paid post-release internship for juvenile offenders. Cafe Momentum offers these men and ladies a custom post-release program, teaching critical skills necessary for lifelong success, while also building an ecosystem of support around them.
