Caf Brazil opened for business in 1991 and was founded as a quaint, 10-table restaurant where people can enjoy a variety of breakfast items and specialty roasted coffees from around the world. The concept was an instant success, and today it has more than five locations in Texas. The caf s menu includes a range of beverages, sandwiches, omelets, quesadillas and desserts. Its signature specials include chipotle steak and eggs, chilaquiles, chili rellenos, chicken tacos, vegetarian migas and fruit pancrepes. The caf s specialty roasted coffee includes house blend, organic Colombian estate, hazelnut decaf, cinnamon pecan pie decaf, coconut cr me and white chocolate macadamia nut varieties.
