We specialize in Blower Door Testing and Duct Leakage Testing. Certified by Building Performance Institute.(BPI), which is accredited by American National Standards Institute, Inc. (ANSI) Testing will show how much leakage is occurring in the property. LEAKS, ENERGY going out = MONEY$$$ going out. This also effects the QUALITY OF AIR, comfort levels. On average the combined leaks in a home equal the same effect of leaving a window 2ft x 2ft open 24 hours, losing cool/heated air. Testing will show that leaks exist, repairs/solutions are required to achieve better efficiency and to obtain required standard in order to receive the building CO(Certificate of Occupancy) by code. It is a REQUIRED TEST to receive your Building CO to finalize your building project. We provide the building official a written test result to submit to the Building Department at the time of the test.
