American Pest Management is a fully licensed and insured pest control company. We've been servicing single family homes, multi-family communities, commercial and resort properties in Florida since 1983. We are proud to be a Three Generation family owned and operated business. Ron Jacobowitz founded American Pest Management in 1983. After many years of technical training and hands-on experience, his son Louis acquired the company in 1991. In 2010 his grandson Michael joined the company and became one of our greatest assets. In 2012 his daughter Sandy brought her many skills and talents to the position of General Manager. We are truly a family oriented company; everyone who works here is a significant part of the APM Family. Our strategy is a proactive approach developing a custom designed program for your specific pest control needs. Our thoroughly trained technicians provide excellent service and a detailed report for all services completed. In addition; your technician is "your eyes and ears", bringing to your attention issues found during service, which are included on your report. Utilizing service slips ensures your resident's service was provided and our pest information sheets explain their specific issue. Our Affiliations: American Pest Management is a Compliance Depot Vendor, Opstechnology Merchant and an active member of the Bay Area Apartment Association; Voted Bay Area Apartment Association Associate Company of the year three times.
